Designs have taken the time-tested shape of the Adirondack Chair and made it out
of 100% recycled polyethylene. They estimate that eight recycled milk jugs go
into each pound of this Rocker, which is also 100% recyclable. But this material
goes beyond the eco-conscious. Its durability is proven: Before creating outdoor
furnishings, the team at Loll used the same material to create skateboard parks.
It is Loll’s philosophy that “using green products should not mean you have to
sacrifice anything; it should be better in every way than its non-eco-friendly

mid-1940s. Just after World War II, the furniture designer began experimenting
with bronze and copper tubing salvaged from sunken naval ships. The result was a
collection defined by its sculptural curves, sturdy construction and superb
comfort. Today, the furniture is handcrafted to Lamb’s rigorous specifications,
with weatherproof brass replacing the bronze pipe. Over time, the brass will

interplay of materials. This entire collection uses teak harvested from

is kiln-dried and left unfinished for a low maintenance natural surface that
will acquire a beautiful silvery patina over time.
